It’s coming… Taco Bell… UPDATED

This shot of the colorful scaffold wrap was taken just across from Gecko's Terrace in Itaewon.
Through some of the 10 Magazine back channels (Thanks Ku Lee at MLA!) we are now able to confirm that the brand new 3-floor Taco Bell in Itaewon will be likely be opening sometime in May assuming no construction delays. (So much for the article we previously linked to saying it would open in March.) Stephen Row of Taco Bell Korea put to rest rumors that they are also opening a Yeoksam location, saying, “We’re just focused on having a successful opening for our Itaewon location right now.” We’re guessing from the number of times this article has been shared on Facebook that they’re going to have a very successful opening.
We’ll keep in touch with Taco Bell Korea and bring you the exact opening date as soon as it’s confirmed.

According to http://www.hankyung.com/news/app/newsview.php?aid=2009120189171&sid=0104&nid=004<ype=1 the company responsible for bringing Taco Bell to Korea is Yum Brands.
Yum Brands is the American company that owns Taco Bell. We need the Korean company that is bringing it here.
The article seems to say that a Korean company named M2G is partnering with Yum to bring Taco Bell. Should be pretty soon now regardless…
My sources say it’s the Red Mango guys that have bought the Master Franchise for Korea.
3 floors?!?!
wow!
Is it open yet??
My fiance and I went to Itaewon yesterday. We drove by the Taco Bell and it is still not open. There is a hiring sign still on the door and what I could see there is no update on opening.
JULY 11th is the official grand opening
